It was clean place, staff were very kind and good, and I really enjoyed my perfect room. The breakfast was great for the yogurts for lucy, included coffee, tea, biscuits and hot chocolate. Actually everything was spotless, my next choice again in Skegness.

Do recommend this hotel and I would definitely return here. Everything is impeccably clean and first-class. The staff is affable and outstandingly accommodating, as well as owner. The location of the venue is great, next to a quiet Avenue, with on street parking, all the amusements, and the beach.
